We understand that every project is unique and this is why our experienced in house interior design team creates beautiful furniture packages and space planning to suit every project. We manufacture and deliver the right products at the right time and to meet all your expectations, whatever style, color, mood is desired.

Hotel Interiors dedicated project manager will be on site in advance of the installation to ensure a comprehensive understanding of access and room requirements. They will then oversee the installation team from commencement to completion.


Initial client meeting & project briefing
We meet with your team online, in person or at site to obtain a comprehensive project brief, to understand your key drivers in order to deliver the right product at the right time and to meet all your expectations.


FFE selection, space planning & quote

We work two ways

1. We take your supplied designs, quote in equivalent match to specified, or
2. Where designs are not supplied, our in house interior design team creates furniture FFE concepts and will space plan if required.


Order finalisation & placement
The order is placed once products, fabrics, finishes and inventory is finalised and signed off by the client, and the contract is in place.


Manufacturing commences when the order is placed. Timeframe for order production are dependent upon volume and lead time requirements.


Project administration
Project manager allocation
Our project administrator liaises with the factory around all order details shipping and logistics requirements.


Quality assurance process
Our factories have dedicated QC inspectors checking each item at each stage of the production line. This internal QC process is overlaid by Hotel Interiors independent QC inspector, who conducts a thorough inspection of every item at the factory prior to packing.


Logistics & transport
Our project manager will work with client representatives around delivery timeframes and installation requirements, to ensure all products are shipped and delivered in accordance with your program.


Consultation & project Management
We collaborate seamlessly with all project partners, for the life of your project.


Installation & assembly
Hotel Interiors dedicated project manager will be on site in advance of the installation to ensure a comprehensive understanding of access and room requirements. They will then oversee the installation team from commencement to completion.


Our project manager conducts a thorough site walkthrough with a client representative as part of the project handover process. Handover is completed when the client signs off.


Hotel Interiors offers as standard:
- 3 year warranty on loose furniture and joinery
- 5 years warranty on sofas
- 10 years on beds
- 1 year on lighting


After sales service
